Kia launched the “Aces for Oceans” campaign during the Australian Open, a major sporting event they sponsor.
This digital customer engagement campaign involved an AR game where virtual aces hit by players (including Rafael Nadal, their brand ambassador) led to Kia supporting the recycling of ocean plastics into tennis equipment for donation.
This initiative directly linked a popular sporting event with ocean conservation.
